Overview of the role: As a highly specialist AAC SaLT, you will lead our clinical pathway in AAC. The company will support you to attend training, seminars and conferences to keep to date with the changing landscape of AAC. You will disseminate this knowledge to the team through supervision and training.
You will support between 1 and 4 schools within a reasonable commute of your postcode across Universal, Targeted and Specialist levels and will spend 1 -2 days per week on supervision and AAC leadership.
Requirement: More than 5 years experience working in schools, demonstrable specialism in AAC, HCPC registered

Overview of the role: You will lead the Company in your area of clinical specialism.
20-40% of your time will be dedicated to supervising, running CENs, creating resources and providing strong leadership in your area of specialism.
You will support between 1 and 4 schools within a decent commute of your house access Universal, Targeted and Specialist levels.
Direct reports: You will provide line management and clinical supervision for:
Level 1, 2 and 3 SaLTs- all SaLTs, regardless of experience, during their first 6 months with WF from abroad.
Requirement: More than 7 years, HCPC registered, established area of clinical specialism.

Overview of the role: You will play an important role in executing the Words First Supervision Policy and helping to ensure that your team has access to high quality support, advice and guidance. One full day every week providing clinical supervision to junior therapists and SaLTAs.
One day per half term to conduct assessments for SaLTA caseloads and provide clinical guidance.
You will support between 1 and 4 schools within a decent commute of your house across Universal, Targeted and Specialist levels.
Supervision: You will receive one full day per term of Clinical Supervision, mentoring and peer supervision.
Direct reports: Level 1, 4a, 4b and 5a
Requirement: More than 5 years, HCPC registered, some mentoring or supervision experience

Overview of the role: As Specialist SaLT, you will play an important role in supporting schools to manage the needs of children within your area of clinical specialism. You will work 4 days per week in your own schools and 1 day per week consulting to new schools.

Overview of the role: One full day every other week as a flexi day. This will be working from home on caseload / school management, research and planning. You will use your flexi day to make time up to schools if you are absent or miss any school time - you will support between 1 and 4 schools within a decent commute of your house access Universal, Targeted and Specialist levels
Supervision: One full day per half term of Clinical Supervision, mentoring and peer supervision

Overview of the role: One full day per week working from home on caseload, school management and research / planning.
4 days in schools (mainstream / specialist). You will use this flexi day to make time up to schools should you have to miss days due to absence.
Supervision: half a day per week of Clinical Lead time allocated to you, mentoring and structured peer supervision

Overview of the role: To build and lead an Educational Psychology team (and service) for schools in London and the Home Counties.
Skills required: You must be an experienced HCPC registered Educational Psychologist with exceptional leadership qualities and innovative ideas about how to build an outstanding EP service for schools.
