Using colours to build sentences – based on colourful semantics by Alison Bryan

This programme is based on the sentence building approach created by Alison Bryan. Colourful Semantics works by splitting sentences into different ‘units’, colour-coding them and then teaching children how to combine these units together to make sentences. It cal also be used to support children’s understanding and ability to answer ‘wh-‘ questions. Along with a baseline assessment which can be used to measure progress, and filled with beautiful, clear and multicultural illustrations, you will have all the resources needed to support children to build a wide range of sentences.
