Hello, my name is Anastasios (my friends call me Tasos)
I am an Occupational Therapist and gained my BSc in Occupational Therapy at Queen Margaret University in 2018 and my MSc in Occupational Therapy at the University of Derby in 2022. I am also an Ayres Sensory Integration specialist certified by the University of Southern California since 2020. I have 3 years clinical experience in private Occupational Therapy clinics working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
My professional reasoning focuses on the implementation of the Occupational Therapy theory and values to Autism Spectrum Disorder paediatric population. Furthermore, I strongly believe that interprofessional collaboration and therapeutic relationships are the most important elements of an effective therapeutic outcome. These are the qualities I hope to bring to the Words First team.
In my free time I love watching football, playing board games and running.
