Hello my name is Sam,
I am delighted to be a member of the Words First team!
I completed both my undergraduate and master’s degrees at City, University of London, qualifying in 2023. During my time at university, I gained experience working in schools and community settings with children and young people with varying strengths and differences. My areas of special interest are ASD and ADHD and I really look forward to improving my clinical skills in these areas.
As a Speech and Language therapist I am given the unique and special opportunity to closely support children and young people in achieving success in their personalised goal by working in a holistic way. I am very passionate about recognising and highlighting the strengths of each individual child that I work with and supporting them to shine!
When I am not in schools I enjoy going for walks, getting brunch with friends and spending time with my lovely dog Bonnie!
